Terms of Use (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "You") and Weddory ("Company," "We," "Us," or "Our") for the use of the Weddory application ("App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not download, install, or use the App.

1. License Grant

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Weddory grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely for personal and non-commercial purposes on a device owned or controlled by you.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Modify, decompile, reverse-engineer, or disassemble the App.
  • Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the App.
  • Use the App for any commercial purposes, except as expressly permitted by Weddory.
  • Use the App in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair any of Weddory's servers.
  • Collect or store personal data about other users without their express permission.

3. User Content

The App may allow you to create and share content, including images, designs, and other media ("User Content"). You retain all rights to the User Content you create; however, by sharing User Content through the App, you grant Weddory a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, display, modify, and distribute the User Content in connection with the operation of the App and related services.

You represent that you own or have obtained all rights necessary to create and share the User Content, and that the content does not infringe any third-party rights.

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App, including but not limited to graphics, logos, designs, trademarks, and software, are the exclusive property of Weddory. This Agreement does not grant you any rights to the intellectual property owned by Weddory or its licensors.

5. Updates

Weddory may, from time to time, release updates, upgrades, or new versions of the App ("Updates"). You agree that Weddory has no obligation to provide any Updates or continue to support any version of the App. Any Updates provided will be subject to the terms of this Agreement, unless such Updates are accompanied by a separate agreement, in which case the terms of that agreement will apply.

6. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be found at [Link to Privacy Policy].

7. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated by either you or Weddory. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies of the App from your devices.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Weddory shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, even if Weddory has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Data Deletion

You have the right to delete your personal data stored within the App at any time. To delete your data, you can use the data deletion option within the App settings or contact Weddory at support@weddory.com with your request. Upon receiving your request, we will delete your personal data in accordance with applicable laws and our Privacy Policy. Please note that some data may be retained for legitimate business or legal purposes, as described in the Privacy Policy.
